Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Kgotso Moleko back in contention for Kaizer Chiefs

Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Kgotso Moleko have resumed full training and they're both could be in contention for Kaizer Chiefs' next league game against Chippa United on December 6.

However, it will be up to coach Steve Komphela and his technical team to decide if the two full-backs are ready for a quick return.

Mphahlele has been out since September with a knee injury, and he was only expected to miss the rest of 2017.

However, the South Africa international has managed to shake off the injury well ahead of schedule.

Moleko, who usually deputizes for Mphahlele, damaged his knee against Bloemfontein Celtic in October.

In the duo's absence, Komphela was forced to play Joseph Molangoane as a wing-back, and whether or not the 50-year-old will suddenly drop the former Chippa United man remains to be seen.

Amakhosi's biggest challenge has been scoring goals, but the return to fitness of Mphahlele and Moleko will come as a welcome boost.

Meanwhile, Tsepo Masilela, Emmanuel Letlotlo and Ryan Moon are still sidelined.
