Fabrizio Romano reports the loan is worth 4 million euros. The deal also includes a buy option set at 25 million euros, plus a percentage of any future transfer fee.

El Aynaoui was one of the standout names at the World Cup.

Barcelona have struck a deal with Italian side Venezia for the transfer of Spanish attacking midfielder Toni Fernandez.

The Catalan club held onto a buy-back option for the player, plus a percentage of any future sale.

Fernandez, 18, made two appearances for Barcelona last season.

Manchester United weighed up a late move for Algeria's Rayan Ait-Nouri, the Manchester City player, as they looked to bolster their options at left-back in the closing hours of the transfer window.

The club walked away from the deal, according to Sky Sports, after the proposed terms included a clause forcing them to sign the player permanently once the loan expired.

United would rather hold off until next summer before spending on the position, targeting a long-term signing instead. Luke Shaw remains the first-choice left-back in the meantime.

Ukrainian Mykhailo Mudryk has completed a move from Chelsea to Tottenham on a one-year loan deal.

The agreement hands Spurs an option to sign the winger permanently. Mudryk had been absent from official matches since November 2024 due to a suspension linked to doping, before the case was resolved last July.

Chelsea have agreed a £47 million deal with Monaco for midfielder Lamine Camara.

The 21-year-old will put pen to paper on a six-year contract at Stamford Bridge after passing his medical, according to Sky Sports.

His arrival comes just hours after Chelsea sanctioned the sale of Argentine Enzo Fernandez to Manchester City for £125 million, a fee matching the British record.

Camara made 31 appearances for Monaco last season, chipping in with three goals and four assists.

Manchester City have completed the signing of Iliman Ndiaye from Everton, in a deal that could rise to 65 million pounds, according to Sky Sports sources.

The 26-year-old has signed a contract running until 2031. Manchester City will pay a fixed fee of 60 million pounds, plus a further 5 million in add-ons.

City moved to bolster their attacking options after allowing Savio and Omar Marmoush to leave for Tottenham earlier in the month, a double exit that stripped Enzo Maresca of choices on the wing.

Borussia Dortmund have announced the signing of Arsenal player Ethan Nwaneri on a one-season loan.

The German club turned to the transfer market after new arrival Giannis Konstantelias suffered a serious knee injury.

The 18-year-old put pen to paper on a long-term contract at the AXA Training Centre.

According to the BBC, the deal is worth up to 30 million pounds including add-ons. He will stay at Genk on loan this season before making the move to Anfield ahead of the 2027-2028 campaign.

Brazilian Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli has arrived in the Saudi capital Riyadh, ahead of a move to Al-Hilal during the current summer transfer window.

Saudi newspaper "Asharq Al-Awsat" published a video clip showing Martinelli after touching down in Riyadh. He then got into a private car on his way to complete his deal with "the Boss" in the ongoing summer transfer window.

Newcastle United have announced the departure of their 24-year-old German striker Nick Woltemade to Italy's Juventus on loan until the end of the 2026-2027 season.

Woltemade had joined Newcastle during the last summer transfer window in a major deal worth 75 million euros. His first season with the Magpies proved inconsistent, though, yielding 11 goals and 6 assists in 53 matches.

The club confirmed the German striker's move to Juventus in an official statement, explaining: "A new player joins manager Luciano Spalletti's squad this season, as Nick Woltemade leaves Newcastle to join Juventus on loan until 30 June 2027."

Barcelona have slammed the door on any late business, confirming they will not add to their squad before the summer window shuts.

Speaking to the "Gigantes" network, sporting director Deco insisted the Catalan club have no intention of signing anyone in these final hours. That ends Barcelona's pursuit of a new defender, despite reports linking them with moves in that position.

Gabriel Jesus becomes their last signing of the window. The club had already brought in Anthony Gordon, Karim Adeyemi, Rodri and Dominik Livakovic for the first team.

Valencia have officially announced the signing of England's Harvey Elliott, joining on loan from Liverpool to bolster the squad for next season.

Konyaspor have signed Egyptian striker Mostafa Mohamed on a three-year deal, the Turkish club confirmed on Tuesday. He arrives from Nantes after a major fallout with the French side.

Manchester City have sealed the signing of Argentina midfielder Enzo Fernandez in one of the summer's biggest deals. The Chelsea man is Etihad-bound after the two clubs struck an agreement.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano broke the news that the deal is done. He confirmed a value in excess of £125 million after lengthy negotiations between the clubs, with Fernandez now preparing to undergo a medical before completing his move.

That fee makes Fernandez the most expensive signing in Premier League history. He surpasses the previous record held by Sweden's Alexander Isak, who joined Liverpool from Newcastle United for £125 million.

Juventus have announced the signing of Senegal's Pape Matar Sarr, the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, on a one-season loan.

The deal carries an obligation to buy. Juventus must sign the player permanently for 25.6 million pounds sterling if a number of performance-related conditions are met during his loan spell.

Al-Shabab have signed Saudi international defender Ali Al-Bulaihi, and they did it with a swipe some read as a direct dig at their neighbours and rivals, Al-Hilal.

The club confirmed the one-season deal in a statement on their official "X" account.

What caught the eye wasn't the statement, though. It was the caption Al-Shabab attached to it: "Ali Al-Bulaihi at the giant of the capital", a phrase Al-Hilal's own fans use to describe their team.

Juventus are ready to welcome German striker Nick Woltemade to Turin, having picked him out to strengthen their attack on loan for the current season. His physical strength and personality on the pitch made him the man they wanted.

The German striker has already landed in Turin, where a medical awaits before he joins the Juventus ranks, according to German journalist Florian Plettenberg.

Saudi club Al-Ittihad have confirmed the departure of French star Moussa Diaby to Germany's Bayer Leverkusen during the current summer transfer window.

The club posted a video on their official "X" account running through Diaby's most notable moments with the team, under the title "He left a legacy and departed".

Al-Ittihad announced they had agreed to sell the French winger to Bayer Leverkusen, thanking him for his time in their ranks.

Barcelona have announced the signing of Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal during the current summer transfer window.

Barça said, in an official statement: "Arsenal and Barcelona have reached an agreement over the transfer of Gabriel Jesus to the Catalan side, with the Brazilian striker signing a three-season contract with Barcelona."

It added: "Gabriel Jesus was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 3 April 1997, and began his footballing career in his hometown with the club Anhanguera. He then moved to the youth section of Palmeiras Sao Paulo, one of the country's biggest clubs. He played his first matches with the team in March 2015, and won the Copa do Brasil with them in 2015 and the league title in 2016, as well as being named best player in the Brazilian league in 2016."

Arsenal have confirmed the sale of Portuguese midfielder Fabio Vieira, 26, to Hamburg.

Vieira arrived at the Emirates in 2022 and racked up 49 appearances for the Gunners. He spent last season on loan at Hamburg, and now returns there permanently in a deal worth around 10 million euros.

Bayern Munich will not make any new signings for the rest of the transfer window, sporting director Christoph Freund has confirmed, even with some players potentially set to leave in the coming period.

Freund told the German media: "Nothing else will happen regarding new signings. As for departures, the transfer window will remain open after today in some countries, so something might happen."

Sacha Boey, meanwhile, is training separately as he waits on a possible exit. Hiroki Ito, on the other hand, will stay put after the club decided to keep him in the squad.

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Italy international defender Honest Ahanor from Atalanta, with the player set to officially join up with the squad in 2027.

Aston Villa have officially announced the signing of young Senegalese forward Ibrahim Mbaye from Paris Saint-Germain in a deal worth 55 million euros. The 18-year-old now begins a new chapter in the Premier League.

Talks entered their final stages in recent days once the two clubs struck an agreement over the transfer. Mbaye then travelled to England to undergo a medical and put pen to paper with Villa.

He arrives after a short but eventful spell in Paris. Mbaye joined PSG's academy at the age of ten before rising to the first team and making his professional debut in August 2024, aged 16 years, 6 months and 23 days, the youngest player ever to start a match for the club.

Richarlison will not be heading back to Everton four years after his exit. Sky Sports report the Brazilian striker, linked with a move away, is expected to stay put at Tottenham.

Lazio are weighing up a move for Argentine striker Mauro Icardi, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The player's agent, Litterio Pino, said: "Lazio? There is talk about it."
