Samuel Adegbenro's goal rescues point for Viking

Samuel Adegbenro scored for Viking as his side escaped defeat in a 1-1 draw against Brann in a Norway's Eliteserien league match on Saturday.

The 21-year-old scored at the death to cancel Fredrik Haugen's early lead in ensuring Ian Burchnall's men extended their unbeaten run to three matches.

It is the Nigerian forward's second goal in three games this season.

The victory moves Viking to 13th position in the Eliteserien table with four points - nine behind leaders, Rosenborg.

They will face 10th-placed Sandefjord in their next game at the Viking Stadium on May 7.
