EXTRA TIME: Former SuperSport United star Boxall joins Minnesota United

The New Zealand international recently represented his country at the 2017 Fifa Confederations Cup in Russia

Former SuperSport United defender Michael Boxall has joined Minnesota United.

The 28-year-old recently parted ways with Matsatsantsa when his contract with the club expired at the end of last month.

This was after former Wellington Phoenix defender's representatives and SuperSport failed to agree on terms of a new deal.

Boxall was then linked with a move to Minnesota, who campaign in the Major League Soccer (MSL).
