Enugu Rangers express disgust at Defence Force's unprofessionalism

Enugu Rangers have decried the unprofessional attitude of their opponents in the first leg of the preliminary round of the Caf Confederation Cup, Defence Force of Ethiopia who kept them in the dark about their travel arrangement for the Wednesday encounter.

The Flying Antelopes are yet to know the arrival date of their Ethiopian opposition and the media department of the club has stated that they are not happy at the hide and seek game of their visitors with only two days to the epic encounter at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu.

In a short statement from the club media, Rangers expressed reservation at the antics of the Ethiopian side after they have contacted the Nigeria Football Federation with a view to ascertaining their arrival time and to know the extent of preparations to be done to make them enjoy their stay but that they have not got any correspondence from the club nor the NFF till date.

“Rangers are fully ready for them and are not carried away by their antics. We hope to beat them very well at home to render the return leg a formality. We are expecting them to arrive in good health and without any issues.”
