Goal parades some of the players’ who did exceptionally well during week two of the Kenyan Premier League

  1. Goal Kenya.

#1 Patrick Matasi - Posta Rangers

The Kenyan international was outstanding against Tusker FC making good saves that ensured his team picked a draw at Ruaraka. Matasi commanded his area effectively and limited mistakes at the back.

  2. The Star.

    #2 Wilson Anekeya - Homeboyz

Anekeya is proving to be a gem for the Mike Mururi coached side; he did not deserve to be in the losing side. He was strong and quick on the ball and managed to make several vital interceptions.

  3. Tusker.

    #3 Erick Ambunya - Tusker

It was not going to be an easy task to stop the determined Posta Rangers attackers, but Ambunya did just that. He read the game well and ensured the opponent attackers experienced a hard time.

  4. Goal Kenya.

#4 Kevin Oluoch - Sony Sugar

Ulinzi Stars have never been easy customers for any side and that was the case against Sony Sugar. However, the Babu Salim coached side stood firm at the back, thanks to one Kevin Oluoch, who commanded his area well.

  5. Goal Kenya.

    #5 Omar Mousa - Sofapaka

After a heartbreaking 3-0 defeat to Bandari last weekend, it was not going to be an easy outing against Kakamega Homeboyz. The defense had to be on its toes and ensure there was no space for the opponents. Omar was one of the outstanding performers, ensuring chances never came easy.

  6. Goal Kenya.

    #6 Hashim Sempala - Tusker

The Tusker FC star controlled the show against Posta Rangers, stopping all potential opportunities from the side. He was never scared to commit when needed and the most important thing was his availability, when required.

  7. Goal Kenya.

#7 Chrispinus Oduor - Mathare United

Oduor has already started! He was a hard nut to crack for Nzoia Sugar and made it difficult for them in the midfield. He was rewarded with a goal that masterminded the ‘slum boys' comeback in the 2-1 victory.

  8. Goal Kenya.

#8 Andrew Murunga - Vihiga United

Murunga deserved a standing ovation following his input in his sides’ 2-2 draw against Kariobangi Sharks. A willing runner, who was keen on creating chances for his side, and at the end of the day managed to get a brace.

  9. Goal Kenya.

#9 Daniel Mwaura - Mathare United

Was problematic for the opponents’ back four. His pace and intelligence on the ball was too much for them to handle and at the end of the day he provided an assist through which Chrispinus Oduor scored.

  10. Goal Kenya.

    #10 Ebrimmah Sanneh - Sharks

The towering striker is already effectively filling the shoes left by his predecessor Masoud Juma. He was aiming at getting a goal anytime he was on the ball, and his zeal paid dividends with a second in as many matches.

  11. Tusker.

#11 Jeremiah Wanjala - Posta Rangers

The new man showed why he was signed by the mailmen! He was not afraid to take the defenders head on and the good thing about him was his desire to win. Was very unfortunate not to score despite a good show.
