Gor Mahia dropped points for the first time in the league after a stalemate on Wednesday against Tusker FC.
Despite fielding most of the so called fringe players, the champions showed their class by dominating the match, creating clear cut chances that they failed to capitalize on.
Coach Dylan Kerr has pointed out at a few undoing that led to that result. “Our problem was scoring, and at the end it did cost us.
“But on top of that, our decisions were poor, we at times complicated things on the pitch, and when you do that, football becomes difficult. Despite having good players, wrong choices lead to unwanted outcomes.
“Professional ethics is missing in Africa, what we do in training is football related but during match day, I do not know what happens,” Kerr told Goal.
The draw pushed Gor Mahia to the top of the table on ten points from four matches.
