Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has once again spoken about his snub from the national set-up, stating categorically that he has "no problem" with coach James Kwesi Appiah.
The Bursaspor man has been left in the cold since the 57-year-old assumed the Black Stars' coaching position in May.
Things took a new twist when the 26-year-old was reported to have taken a swipe at Appiah on social media following the player's omission from the recent squad that faced Congo in the 2018 World Cup qualifying double-header.
"I can never have problem with coach Kwesi Appiah," Badu told Angel FM.
"It won’t even happen because I know the advantages I have had from the man with the kind of advice he gives me.
"Even if you try to create controversy between us, [there's] no way I will give you room to operate.
"I’m one player who can never insult someone for not inviting me to play for the national team because I know what the nation has done for me and my little contribution for the country too.
”I don’t go around accusing people for not calling me - no I don’t do that.
"When I get a call-up, I do my best for the country and when I’m not invited, I give those invited the needed support to enable them perform well and hoist the flag high because if things go on well with team, my name will certainly be attached to it as a Black Stars player."
Badu represented Ghana at the 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017 Africa Cup of Nations tournaments.
He also played for the Black Stars at the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil.
