New footage shot by beIN Sport has now revealed that the bust-up started after the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/revealed-mohamed-salah-spat-jurgen-klopp-sparked-liverpool-failed-adhere-manager-substitute-interaction-rule/blt64e5a71048b0802a#cse020b695293b6e05" target="_blank">Egyptian winger turned down Klopp's customary handshake and hug</a>, which left the outgoing Liverpool manager perplexed and angry.

Liverpool looked all set to challenge for the quadruple until the end of the season, however, a run of bad form has seen them make a shock Europa League and FA Cup exit at the hands of Atalanta and Manchester United, respectively.
