    WHAT OUADDOU SAID

“About Rele, unfortunately, I have to discuss with my medical department, they communicated with me that he cannot be part of the game,” Ouaddou told reporters.

“But we still don’t have full feedback on the exam that he should do. I hope it’s nothing serious because we need him.”

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

This season, Mofokeng has struggled to replicate the form that saw him become a household name in the PSL.

He is yet to score or provide an assist in the six games he has featured across all competitions.

His absence against Orbit was not much felt, although the Buccaneers were struggling to break their inexperienced opponents.

    WHAT NEXT FOR MOFOKENG?

Pirates now prepare to travel to Chippa United in their next league game on Sunday.

Ouaddou is waiting to hear from Pirates' medical staff to determine if the Bafana Bafana player will be able to make the trip to face the Chilli Boys.
