The Buccaneers were made to sweat by Magesi FC who were playing with a man down for the better part of the match.

Orlando Pirates beat Magesi FC 1-0 in a Premier Soccer League match at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium to end 2024 with victory.

Relebohile Mofokeng scored a beautiful goal which handed the Buccaneers maximum points.

It was a contest Magesi played with 10 men for the better part of it but still troubled Pirates and threatened to snatch at least a point.
