    WHAT HAPPENED?

Kamogelo Sebelebele scored his first goal in Pirates colours during the 1-1 draw with Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 semi-final first leg last weekend.

    WHAT OUADDOU SAID

“He is just a fantastic player, a well-educated player, professional and very humble," Ouaddou told the media after the match.

"So, I don’t think I have much to tell him. He knows his job, he knows what to do.

“In football, I always say to my players, humility is one of the most important qualities for a professional football player.

“As soon as you stop learning, you stop improving. He is the type of guy who works hard every day since he joined the club," added the former Fulham defender.

“He doesn’t complain. You can see I put him on the right back, also I put him as a winger, and he’s always giving his best.  He is the type of player that we want to have in the team, and he has done a fantastic job.”

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

When he was signed by Pirates, Sebelebele was seen as a direct replacement for Monnapoule Saleng who is on loan at PSL newboys Orbit College.

If Sebelebele continues with his top form, that might shut Saleng out from returning to the club after the end of his loan contract.

This is a versatile player who can play as a right-back, right winger or attacking midfielder.

    WHAT NEXT FOR SEBELEBELE?

He will be a man to watch after denying the Brazilians victory with his late equaliser in the first leg at Orlando Stadium.
