    WHAT HAPPENED?

    Kaizer Chiefs sealed their place in the Nedbank Cup quarterfinal after a controversial win over Stellenbosch on Saturday.

    They will now focus on their forthcoming Premier Soccer League game against Cape Town City at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday.

    Amakhosi are hoping to get maximum points in the PSL to boost their chances of finishing in the top positions.

    Ahead of the City match, coach Nasreddine Nabi has confirmed that Edson Castillo is working on his fitness after an injury he sustained late last year.

    Versatile attacker Wandile Duba is also back, but Glody Lilepo is a doubt. The Tunisian has further confirmed that Tashreeq Morris will be out for some time, but Sibongseni Mthethwa is back from the sidelines.

    “Castillo is back with the team, probably not 100% fit because he’s been away for a couple of months,” he stated on Monday.

    “Duba had his first training with the squad last week. Zwane is 100% out for the game, Morris is probably gonna need three more weeks to come back, out for this game too, Happy is also out.

    “We will be assessing in the these next two days, Dortley where he is at; and Lilepo has had some discomfort and will be looking at him today.

    “Ox [Mthethwa] can probably do some minutes, but he’s not fully fit," Nabi concluded.

    WHAT NEXT?

    City, under former Chiefs coach Muhsin Ertugral, beat Amakhosi 1-0 in the initial meeting,
