According to Eyewitness News, Mogaila's lawyer, Octavius Magunda claimed that Mogaila earns R40,000 per month at Sekhukhune United.
The state did not oppose releasing the Limpopo-born player on bail and indicated that he could only afford R5,000 bail.
Magunda pointed out that the footballer has significant financial commitments which include a monthly BMW payment of R8,500, a R13,500 bond, and also supports his family financially.
Ultimately, Mogaila, who scored once in five matches for Bafana Bafana during the 2023 Cosafa Cup, was released on a R20,000 bail on Friday.
