    Chiefs preparing for Siwelele

Kaizer Chiefs will face off with Siwelele FC in a Premier Soccer League match at FNB Stadium on Wednesday.

It is a match they come up against a team which has two Amakhosi players, Samkelo Zwane and Happy Mashiane, on loan.

The Soweto giants have now revealed whether or not the duo is eligible to feature for Siwelele.

Will Zwane and Mashiane play against their parent club?

"Siwelele will not be taken lightly as they have familiar faces to Amakhosi players and fans alike in their team," Chiefs said in a statement.

"The side features former Chiefs forwards Tebogo Potsane and Christian Saile, along with loanees Samkelo Zwane and Happy Mashiane, who bring recent insider knowledge of the Amakhosi setup. The Chiefs coaching team anticipate a competitive encounter and are preparing accordingly."

Opportunity to prove themselves against Chiefs

Zwane has earned more playing minutes at Siwelele than Mashiane so far since they moved to the Bloemfontein-based club.

If thrown in to play against Chiefs, it would be an opportunity for the two to show Amakhosi coaches what they are missing from the midfielder and versatile stars.

For players well-versed in Amakhosi's system of play, Zwane and Mashiane might use that to upset their parent club or use the information to their advantage to shine as individuals.

    Debuts for Chiefs?

Chiefs could hand official debuts to Etiosa Ighodaro, Lebohang Maboe and Nkanyiso Shinga who were signed in the last transfer window but have yet to feature.

This is a match Amakhosi will be hoping to put an end to their streak of three straight games without winning.

A good result here will give Amakhosi confidence ahead of their home clash with AS Simba in their CAF Confederations Cup preliminary.
