Super Cup Overview

Masandawana has sent a clear warning to Wiliete SC, insisting the South African champions are ready to unleash their full attacking power in Friday’s crucial continental clash. The Brazilians find themselves in a tense position after a frustrating stalemate in Angola, but the message from Chloorkop is one of supreme confidence.

Wiliete SC head coach Beto Bianchi is reportedly recovering after an alleged physical altercation occurred following his side's CAF Champions League meeting with Mamelodi Sundowns. The Angolan club has hit out at the incident, which saw the veteran manager require medical attention after the final whistle.

The African champions have officially completed the signing of highly-rated South African youth international Lazola Maku. The Amajita captain joins as a free agent, marking a significant addition to the club's long-term project at Chloorkop.

The 39-year-old has enjoyed a dream start to life in Egypt, leading Pyramids FC to a perfect record since taking the reins in New Cairo City. However, despite ten consecutive victories across all competitions, the former Mamelodi Sundowns tactician has been warned that the pressure is only just beginning to mount.
