Local football supporters have expressed some interesting opinions about the PSL leadership ahead of this month's upcoming election. 

In a statement released by the Premier Soccer League this week, chairman Dr Irvin Khoza emerged as the sole nominee for the league's chairmanship. 

Iron Duke (76), as the veteran administrator is affectionately known, has held the position since 2003 and he is set to continue for another four years. 

South African football lovers shared mixed reactions about the news with some suggesting he should step down alongside Kaizer Chiefs boss Dr Kaizer Motaung.
