    WHAT HAPPENED?

TS Galaxy had a good run last season under coach Sead Ramovic that saw the club finish sixth on the Premier Soccer League table, a massive achievement for the first time in the club's history.

The Rockets further reached the final of the Carling Knockout but fell against Stellenbosch.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Galaxy played the MTN8 for the first time this season but were eliminated by eventual finalists Stellenbosch in the first hurdle.

The Mpumalanga side were also kicked out of the Carling Knockout quarter-final by Magesi after getting past Chippa United in the initial phase.

In the Premier Soccer League, things have been worse; the Rockets are at the bottom of the table with two points from six matches from which they have managed two draws and four losses.

After the 1-1 draw against Stellies on Wednesday, Ramovic opted to resign just like former Orlando Pirates coach Muhsin Ertugral who announced his exit on live TV after a 6-1 humiliation by SuperSport United in 2016.

    WHAT NEXT?

It is not a secret that Galaxy have not been doing well in the ongoing campaign due to a lack of confidence and quality like last season.

The club's owner Tim Sukazi has to find someone who will instill belief back in the players and ensure they start delivering soonest possible to avoid possible relegation.
