RAMOVIC ASKING BROOS TO CONSIDER MAYO?

Belouizdad coach Sead Ramovic has lauded Mayo for his effort and discipline. It might be a message to Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos to consider the striker in the forthcoming international assignments.

“He’s a fantastic player with so much quality. Technically very good, skillful, and always looking to improve,” he said as quoted by iDiski Times.

“What stands out the most is his attitude — he wants to work hard, stays humble, and is always willing to learn.

“He plays with intelligence and composure, making often the right decisions at the right moments. With that mindset and ability, he has a bright future ahead," Ramovic concluded.

    WHAT NEXT?

Mayo is expected to be out for about two weeks before getting back in action.

He needs to work on his consistency, especially in front of the goal, to convince Broos he can be the main man in attack.
