VIDEO: PSG & Lionesses goalkeeper Mary Earps shows off football basketball trick shot and lands it first time at the NBA Paris Games

The San Antonio Spurs, with French superstar Victor Wembanyama within their ranks, faced the Indiana Pacers at the Accor Arena. There were plenty of familiar faces on show at that event, with Lionesses goalkeeper Earps among them.

The 31-year-old, who is now plying her club trade for Paris Saint-Germain, looked to get into the basketball spirit before tip off in the French capital. She was asked to showcase her hoop skills before the professionals strutted their stuff.

Earps found the net with her hands when banking a shot in off the backboard, before then putting her feet to the test. A perfectly-struck strike looped through the air before dipping towards the target and hitting nothing but net.

Earps looked as surprised as anybody to pull off the trick shot at the first attempt, but soon had a smile on her face. She will be back doing her day job, during a continued countdown to Euro 2025, when PSG take in a trip to Strasbourg next Saturday.
