    Rangers hosted FCSB on Thursday at the Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow, in the Europa League's League Phase.

    Bafana Bafana defender Siyabonga Ngezana and his team fell 4-0 as the Gers got their goals through Vaclav Cerny - who scored a brace, Thomas Lawrence and Hamza Igamane.

    It was a brutal outing for the Romanian outfit as the hosts dominated from the first to the final whistle amid cheers from their fans.

    Ngezana has been out nursing an injury that saw him miss the most recent international break.

    The 26-year-old went on to miss six matches for his club but was restored to the starting lineup after recovering.

    The Thursday loss means FCSB are now 13th on the table with six points from the three games they have played.

    Ngezana and his team will now be aiming to bounce back with a win against Rapid Bucuresti in the league outing this Sunday.
