    Polokwane City 1-1 TS Galaxy

    Polokwane City shared the spoils with TS Galaxy after a 1-1 draw at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

    Dzenan Zajmovic found the net for the Rockets in the 45th minute and the Mpumalanga-based outfit headed into the half-time in the driving seat.  

    However, just when Galaxy appeared set to secure all three points, Sibusiso Tshabalala found the equalizer in the 85th minute for Rise and Shine.

    The Limpopo-based team pushed Golden Arrows down to take the fifth position - missing the chance to move closer to second-paced Orlando Pirates, while the Rockets climbed to 14th place.

    Golden Arrows 3-2 Cape Town City

    Golden Arrows beat Cape Town City 3-2 at the Mpumalanga Stadium to move up to sixth position in the PSL table - leapfrogging Kaizer Chiefs who are now placed seventh.

    The Cape Town-based side remained 11th in the standings following Sunday afternoon's match.

    Themba Mantshiyane handed Mabhudi Khenyeza's team an early advantage as he opened the scoring in the ninth minute.

    Ryan Moon increased the advantage for Abafana Bes'thende six minutes later as they headed to the half-time break in a commanding position.

    Gabriel Amato netted for the Citizens in the 54th minute before Amadou Soukouna equalized for Eric Tinkler's team in the 64th minute.

    Nonetheless, Nqobeko Dlamini scored the decisive goal for the KwaZulu-Natal team in the 74th minute.

    Chippa United 2-0 Magesi FC

    Chippa United made use of their home-ground advantage when they beat Carling Knockout champions Magesi FC 2-0 in a PSL clash on Saturday evening.

    Sinoxolo Kwayiba opened the scoring for Chilli Boys in the first seven minutes of the game. He scored the second goal for Kwanele Kopo's side in the 41st minute.

    The outcome saw Chippa United move into the fourth spot in the PSL standings while Dikwena Tsa Meetse are in position 15.

    Richards Bay 1-3 AmaZulu

    AmaZulu recorded their second consecutive PSL win following a 3-1 victory over Richards Bay in a KwaZulu-Natal Derby at King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday.

    Rowan Human opened the scoring for Usuthu in the 37th minute before Etiosa Ighodaro doubled their advantage in 66 minutes while Ethan Brooks sealed victory three minutes later.

    Yamela Mbuthuma grabbed Richards Bay and grabbed the Natal Rich Boyz's consolation in stoppage time.

    It was a result that saw Usuthu go 13th on the table while Richards Bay remained rooted at the bottom of the table.

    SuperSport United 0-1 Marumo Gallants

    SuperSport United suffered a 1-0 loss against Marumo Gallants on Friday night at the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium.

    The lone goal came in the 12th minute; Bilal Baloyi was adjudged to have fouled Siyabulela Shai in the danger zone and the referee pointed to the spot amid protests by the Swanky Boys.

    Edgar Manaka rose to the occasion and managed to beat Thakasani Mbanjwa from 12 yards to win it for the visitors.

    The win took Gallants to the 12th position with seven points, two less than SuperSport who are ninth.

    Daniel Msendami, who has been lauded as the next Khama Billiat and also linked with Orlando Pirates, was named Man of the Match - his second accolade of the season in the colours of Gallants.
