<p>Swallows have announced the signing of Tanzania international&nbsp;David&nbsp;Ulomi.<br><br>The 23-year-old  left-winger was previously on the books of Sudanese giants Al Hilal Omdurman.</p><p>He has signed a two-year deal with an option.</p>

<p>The midfielder previously featured for Super League side University of the Western Cape before leaving last September, one month after winning the Wafcon title with Banyana Banyana, in Morocco.</p><p>Details of her contract with Tigres are not yet known but she will boost the Mexican club’s midfield, having started the season brightly after winning all their first four games.</p>

<p>Cape Town City reportedly rejected Kaizer Chiefs' offer for midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane.</p><p>According to <a href="https://www.snl24.com/kickoff/sanews/premiership/cape-town-city-fc/city-turns-down-chiefs-and-sekhukhune-offers-for-mdantsane-20230201" target="_blank">KickOff</a>, Chiefs were pushing to sign the 28-year-old on deadline day but the Citizens turned down what they had tabled.</p><p>Sekhukhune United reportedly approached Cape Town City as well and their offer was not accepted. </p><p></p>

<p>Chippa United defender Zuko Mdunyelwa has agreed a pre-contract with Stellenbosch FC and will join the club at the end of the season.</p><p>According to <a href="https://www.idiskitimes.co.za/dstv-premiership/stellies-land-chippa-defender/?fbclid=IwAR3Dl4FQfN23cZXA6fvjYmKf5sUVb3k9Fdl2IxoyBIJjCwKs8gD1Qs2dLCk" target="_blank">iDiski Times</a>, the 21-year-old full-back will make a return to the Western Cape where he previously featured for Cape Town City and the now-defunct Cape United.</p><p>Mdunyelwa has become a key player for Chippa this season, making 14 straight league appearances, having managed 20 in 2021-22.</p><p>The defender, who will offer competition to captain Deano van Rooyen, has reportedly signed a two-year contract with Stellies.</p><p></p>

Kapinga proposed move collapses 

<p>Mamelodi Sundowns have reportedly loaned out midfielder Luvuyo Phewa to National First Division side Cape Town Spurs.</p><p><a href="https://www.idiskitimes.co.za/transfer-centre/sundowns-midfielder-set-for-loan-switch/" target="_blank">iDiski Times</a> claims Spurs secured the services of the 23-year-old as they bid for PSL promotion.</p><p>Phewa has previously been loaned out to Royal AM, Chippa United and Pretoria University but spent the first half of this season at Chloorkop. </p><p></p>

<p>Swallows FC are working to complete the signing of Zimbabwean forward Tawanda Macheke.</p><p>The striker was surprisingly released by Maritzburg, making him a free agent and flexible to join any team outside the PSL transfer window.</p><p>With the Dube Birds now able to sign players after the Fifa transfer ban was lifted, they are expected to confirm the signing of Macheke anytime soon, according to <a href="https://www.snl24.com/kickoff/sanews/premiership/live-dstv-prem-transfer-deadline-day-20230131" target="_blank">KickOff.</a></p>

<p>Cape Town City FC took a decision to release Mpho Makola on Monday according to <a href="https://farpost.co.za/local-news/cape-town-city-fc-drop-bombshell-on-mpho-makola/" target="_blank">Far Post</a>.</p><p>Makola had five months left on his contract after penning a year-long deal at the start of the 2022/23 season.</p><p>“The club gave him his release letter on Monday [30 January 2023] but it’s unclear why the decision was taken as he had five months left on his deal," a source told the publication.</p><p>“He sent a message on the team group telling the rest of the players that he was leaving.</p><p>“It came unexpectedly for us although we knew his relationship with the coach was a bit compromised."</p>

Kapinga wants Sundowns exit

Akpeyi among those set to join Swallows after Fifa lifts transfer ban 

<p>Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane is keen on letting Austin Dube leave after failing to impress in the Premier Soccer League duties.</p><p>Dube has made 12 appearances since joining the club in 2020 and according to the <a href="https://www.thesouthafrican.com/sport/soccer/psl-south-africa/kaizer-chiefs-sack-first-team-player-zwane-bobby-breaking-30-january-2023/">South African</a>, Zwane is ready to let him leave.</p>
