Predicting Mamelodi Sundowns' XI against Remo Stars in CAF Champions League - Miguel Cardoso to rest key players for Orlando Pirates clash?

Premier Soccer League heavyweights Mamelodi Sundowns are set to host Remo Stars for the second leg action in the CAF Champions League second preliminary round encounter.

To some, Sundowns have technically booked their place in the group stage, given that they grabbed a 5-1 win in the first leg in Nigeria.

However, Cardoso expects his players to take this game seriously, even though they enjoy a massive advantage. Tshwane giants have been struggling on the domestic front, but this game against the Nigerian league champions offers them a chance to prove that they remain a lethal outfit.

Here, GOAL takes a look at how Cardoso will probably line up his charges to take on their West African opponents.

    GOALKEEPER: Ronwen Williams

The Bafana goalkeeper did not keep a clean sheet in the first leg, and that should be one of his top priorities in this game.

This could also be a viable game for Denis Onyango to start, as Williams gets a rare rest.
