Tried to slow the game down with delaying tactics, but it disrupted Pirates’ momentum more than it unsettled the opposition.

A lively outlet down the flank and delivered some dangerous balls into the box.

Steady at the back, dealt well with aerial threats, but lacked urgency in build-up.

Strong in duels and read the game well, though not as commanding as usual.

Struggled at times defensively and offered limited attacking support. Only started to show some signs of improvement in the second half.

Showed flashes of creativity but lacked the final ball to unlock the defence.

Neat in possession and tested the keeper from range, one of Pirates’ brighter sparks.

Wasn’t as on song as expected, struggled to make the impact many had anticipated.

Isolated for long spells and rarely threatened the opposition goal.

Tried to inject energy but lacked service to make a difference.

Brought some solidity in midfield after coming on.
