'Kaizer Chiefs trying to destabilise Orlando Pirates but Mbule is happy! Sipho's fitness level no match for Europe's big leagues; The Bafana Bafana player is overhyped but can be PSL legend' - Fans

Sipho Mbule has been doing quite well since his move to Orlando Pirates at the beginning of the 2025/26 Premier Soccer League season.

The midfielder was even part of the Bafana Bafana team that drew 1-1 with the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the most recent FIFA World Cup qualifier.

Former South Africa midfielder William 'Naughty' Mokoena has since tipped 'Master Chef' to secure a move abroad soon.

According to the retired midfielder, Mbule could leave Bucs if he remains consistent.

Does it mean PSL doesn't deserve the best?

Does it mean the Premier Soccer League doesn't deserve the best players? Do the best players deserve to play only overseas? -  Tefo Mkhwanazi

    Mbule will do wonders, but...

Mbule needs to work on his fitness level. The six months Mokoena is talking about is the time he should give him to work even harder to regain his fitness. He's one of the best players but anyone can see he is not 100% fit as he always fades away as the game progresses. We have seen that both on the club and national level. When he is fully fit, he will do wonders, then we can talk about an overseas move, for me, this statement does not assist Mbule because it means if he does not go overseas in three or six months, then he would have failed. This is not a motivation but unnecessary pressure to Mbule - Zandise Makhuluskobho Nkungu

Fitness levels no match for Europe

His fitness levels are no match for Europe's big leagues. I like the dude, but facts are that in Europe, the demand for quality in every match is higher. The question is about consistent delivery - Khotso Tlali

    Mbule is overhyped

I like Sipho Mbule, but honestly speaking, he's being overhyped, of course, there are some glimpses of him being a great player, but so far his playing doesn't translate to the hyping from the fans... he's not convincing at all, but he will hopefully get his rhythm back; it's only a matter of time -  Tsepo Mochali

Mbule not suited to play overseas, he can bea PSL legend

Sipho Mbule is a quality player, but I don't think he's those players who are suited to play overseas. He will be one of those players who are PSL legends, like the likes of Teboho Mokoena, Teko Modise, and others - Bongani Zondo
