"Are we becoming a retirement village? It feels like we are turning into an old age home," the former Dynamos coach told KickOff.
"Is it possible to build a team with players who are 30 years old and above? I understand the need for experience, but are they not satisfied with the experienced players they already have?
"When building a team, you must invest in youngsters. I'm not questioning Lorch's abilities, but at his age, how long can he maintain his form?" he asked.
"As a player myself, I would take advantage of such opportunities because it is a chance to earn money. Yet, at the same time, there may be a strong desire to play and prove critics wrong, which complicates the situation.
"Ultimately, I don't believe that such a signing would help solve Kaizer Chiefs' problems. For me, it's a definite 'no'," Gqosha concluded.
