    WHAT HAPPENED?

Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has spoken about the club’s plans regarding signing new players and how they plan to replace the injured personnel.

Gaston Sirino, regarded as a vital member of the Glamour Boys, got injured before the October international break in a league game against Mamelodi Sundowns.

The 59-year-old tactician has confirmed that Bafana Bafana defender Rushwin Dortley is injured, meanwhile, Edson Castillo is doubtful after returning from national team duty.

Despite all the players mentioned above being key players at Chiefs, Nabi has insisted that he is not worried about their potential absence.

    WHAT WAS SAID

''We don’t have 12, 13 players, we have more than that. We have enough players to replace whoever is injured,'' Nabi told the media.

''We are trying to give everyone a chance especially those who don’t have game-time and we trust and believe in them, in their abilities to replace in their best capacities and as much as possible.

''I’m not going to fall into the trap of saying what the positions of players that we need to buy because I need to respect the players that are currently available to me,'' he added.

''And at the right time, with the work that we have already started with the club, with the scouting department we’ll find that rare breed that is going to help us in the future.''
