    Manchester United star Ella Toone celebrated the victory in the dressing room with team-mate Beth Mead. Both players lost a parent recently and dedicated the victory to them, as Toone wrote: "We did it for our angels in the sky. Forever with us & forever proud."

After the match, the player told ITV: "I was super scared to play today, which is the first time in my life. Then when I woke up this morning and saw my team and the support that I had from my team-mates, my family and my manager, I knew I had to come out today and give it my all."
