    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Masandawana have reportedly set their sights on Kaizer Chiefs product Khulumani Ndamane as a replacement for Suarez.

Currently at Premier Soccer League side TS Galaxy, reports indicate that the club is ready to sell the centre-back. The defender's move is understood to be close, as what remains now is a club-to-club agreement.

Given Ndamane's age, 21, he is viewed as a long-term replacement for Suarez, whose departure from Sundowns was confirmed recently. Ndamane, who played in 27 games across all competitions for Galaxy, is said to have also attracted interest from abroad.

Meanwhile, Rivaldo Coetzee, Sipho Mbule, Lebohang Maboe, Sifiso Ngobeni, Thabang Sibanyoni, Sanele Tshabalala, and Kobamelo Kodisang are the others who left the Tshwane giants alongside Suarez.

Rushine De Reuck has been loaned to Tanzanian giants Simba SC, and reports indicate he will be joined by Neo Maema before the new season begins.
