    WHAT HAPPENED?

    Bafana Bafana will be in action in the first weekend of September as coach Hugo Broos hopes to claim maximum points in Group C's 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

    South Africa hope to complete a double against Lesotho on September 5 before facing Nigeria four days later.

    Positive results in the games will surely seal a ticket for the national team to play in the competition for the first time since 2010.
