The Glamour Boys have had an excellent start to the ongoing 2025/26 South African top-tier campaign where they are yet to lose a game, or concede a goal.
The 2025/26 Premier Soccer League campaign has started on a high with teams chasing their targets.
However, it is Kaizer Chiefs and Sekhukhune United who have impressed, having collected 13 points each so far.
The Glamour Boys are yet to concede a goal this season, but who were the standout performers in August?

PUSO DITHEJANE: BEST IN AUGUST
Dithejane played a pivotal role in Galaxy’s impressive unbeaten run, contributing three goals and two assists in five matches. His efforts included this season’s first hat-trick against Chippa United and a Man of the Match display, edging out strong competition from Kaizer Chief goalkeeper, Brandon Petersen - who is yet to concede this season, as well as Sekhukhune’s Keletso Makgalwa.

ERIC TINKLER - COACH OF THE MONTH
"Eric Tinkler was voted Betway Premiership Coach of the Month after guiding Sekhukhune United FC to an outstanding start to the season," PSL explained
"Under his leadership, the team collected 13 points from their opening five fixtures, securing victories against Orlando Pirates, TS Galaxy, Orbit College, and Durban City."

Interestingly, Chiefs and Sekhukhune United are set to clash on September 16, immediately after the international break.
While Tinkler will be hoping to make a statement with another win, Petersen will be chasing nothing but another clean sheet.
