    WHAT HAPPENED

    Orlando Pirates are scheduled to host Kaizer Chiefs in a Premier Soccer League match at FNB Stadium on February 1.

    Chiefs and Pirates need their best players in the Soweto Derby against Orlando Pirates and there are a few who are likely to miss that fixture.

    Before their meeting, Chiefs and Pirates will face Free Agents, and Richards Bay respectively in Sunday's Nedbank Cup Round of 32 matches.

    PIRATES PLAYERS LIKELY TO BE SUSPENDED

    If goalkeeper Sipho Chaine is booked against Richards Bay, he will not be available for the Soweto Derby.

    The Bafana Bafana goalkeeper is currently sitting on three yellow cards, the same as his coach Jose Riveiro.

    CHIEFS PLAYERS LIKELY TO BE SUSPENDED

    Top performer Mduduzi Shabalala is also sitting on three yellow cards and any caution against Free Agents will rule him out of the Soweto Derby.

    Midfielders Yusuf Maart, Samkelo Zwane and Njabulo Blom are also facing a similar predicament.
