Arne Slot joins Liverpool! Reds confirm appointment of Dutchman as Jurgen Klopp's successor at Anfield

<p>Slot's move to Liverpool from Dutch side Feyenoord has finally been made official. The Reds have announced the appointment of Slot as the club's new manager following Klopp's departure at the end of the season. WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Slot arrives at Anfield after three seasons in the Eredivisie with Feynoord where he has won the league title and the KNVB Cup. The 45-year-old also led the team to the Europa League final in his first campaign in charge. Slot has big shoes to follow by replacing Klopp, who said an emotional farewell at the weekend, but may have already heard fans singing his name after the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/video-jurgen-klopp-chants-arne-slot-name-final-liverpool-game-appears-confirm-feyenoord-boss-succeed-him-anfield/blt35151eacd4369348#cs3d3e151efbdd2fc0" target="_blank">German led supporters in a chant to celebrate their new boss during Sunday's win over Wolves</a>.</p>
