The Croatia international has suggested he wants to leave Santiago Bernabeu having failed to earn a regular starting berth. The World Cup winner is said to have met with technical secretary Eric Abidal in LA a few days ago. Mourinho has notoriously struggled in his third season at previous clubs and the Red Devils are already preparing for that eventuality this time around.
