Revealed: Real Madrid-bound Kylian Mbappe could end up battling former club PSG in court over two months of unpaid wages

Earlier on Saturday, L'Equipe reported that PSG have not paid Mbappe his wages for April and May and they do not intend to pay him for June either unless he gives it in writing that he is willing to forego the bonus amount which is worth €80m (£67m/$85m). The player is looking to receive a sum of €100m (£85m/$107m) from the club which includes the three-month wages and the bonus.

Per Football Espana, the 25-year-old's lawyers have already sent a warning to the Ligue 1 giants over non-payment of wages and if the accounts are not settled before June 30 - when his contract officially expires - the player could consider taking legal action.

The France captain is looking forward to his move to Real Madrid ahead of the 2024/25 season. Earlier this month, Los Blancos finally announced that they have roped in the star footballer on a five-year deal.

The player is currently in Germany with the France squad at Euro 2024. He did not feature in the clash against Netherlands on Friday due to a fractured nose that he suffered during the team's tournament opener against Austria. Les Bleus will be next seen in action against Poland on Tuesday.
