Nueve de Octubre Overview

Burnley defender Kyle Walker has issued an emotional rallying cry as the Clarets look to end a disastrous winless run that has left them rooted to the bottom of the Championship. The veteran full-back, who arrived at Turf Moor following a trophy-laden spell at Manchester City, admitted he is desperate to taste victory once again as the pressure mounts on the Lancashire club.

Derby County striker Henrik Meister was stretchered off the pitch in distressing scenes during the Rams' Championship clash against Birmingham City on Saturday. The Danish forward, who recently joined the club on loan from Italian side Pisa, collapsed to the turf with no other players in his immediate vicinity.
