They also failed in their bid to push for the Carling Knockout, where they crashed out in the quarter-finals after a heavy 4-0 loss against the Brazilians.

The Nedbank Cup is a massive opportunity for the Soweto giants to end their decade-long trophy drought, explaining why Nabi needs Cele and Miguel.
