'Struggling against Orbit College proves why Orlando Pirates haven't won league for 13 years! Sipho Mbule is too slow but Thalente Mbatha is the system; how did Patrick Maswanganyi win PSL MOTM Award?' - Fans

Orlando Pirates registered their sixth point in the Premier Soccer League this season with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Orbit College on Tuesday night at the Orlando Stadium.

While coach Abdeslam Ouaddou will enjoy the victory, the display was far from convincing, maybe owing to the rotation made following last weekend's MTN8 triumph over Mamelodi Sundowns.

Some players look out of place, according to the supporters, while others have been lauded for their display.

Have a look at their arguments as sampled by GOAL.

We need a striker, we can't rely on midfielders for goals

Scrapy game, we can’t be dominated by such teams at home. Happy with the 3 points but we need a top striker if we want to challenge for the league. We can’t rely on midfielders for goals to win games - MpeshWP

Struggling with Orbit and we want to win PSL?

We are struggling against Orbit, but we want to win the league. Anyway, the second half squad did well - Mthimkhulu

Our midfielders and wingers frustrate me, they don't know how to use our strikers

Our midfielders and wingers frustrate me. They don't know how to use our strikers. Mabasa and Boitumelo Radiopane are not strikers who can run. You give them the ball on their feet and let them do the magic - Thabang

I struggle to see the coach's game plan

Gone are the days when small teams parked the bus against us. Maybe I’m hate-watching, but I struggle to see the coach's game plan/tactics, even a newly promoted team came in and matched us bar for bar - Last Numba

    Makgopa is better than Mabasa

Good result, the coach tried to rotate the team; however, Mariko’s pace does not fit our style. Thalente Mbatha is the engine of the team. Lord Evidence Makgopa is way better than Tshegofatso Mabasa - Skippers Bucs

Orbit College played against the referee but still dominated

Orbit College played against the referee, supporters, grass, and weather conditions, but managed to dominate them the whole game. It’s unfortunate that they go home without a point - Aey Dear

No, how did Patrick Maswanganyi Tito win the Man of the Match Award? How? - Ghizo

Mbatha, what a player, he's the system!

Thalente Mbatha, what a player. He's the system. Nobody protects the ball and squeezes the pass in any given space like him. I don't remember seeing such a tall player who can run with a ball on his feet and doesn't get tripped easily like that - Lusanda

    Mbule, too slow?

Sipho Mbule is very good, calm on the ball and all, but I feel he is a drop too slow for the Pirates type of play - Beekay
