    Nabi keen to 'offload' youngsters

Nabi has disclosed that Chiefs' sporting director Kaizer Motaung Junior is working on loaning out youngsters in order for them to get regular game time and gain more experience.

“It’s true that the squad is big and the technical staff, management, the sporting director, Kaizer Junior, is working on options to try offload the squad, to give some players, who didn’t have consistency or time to get more game-time, to other teams,” Nabi said.

“Some [of our] young players need to get the experience needed for the PSL, at other clubs, everyone is aware of that and is aware of what will take place.”

    Who could leave Chiefs?

Samkelo Zwane has fallen out of favour this season and the 23-year-old midfielder's agent, Mike Makaab, said 'no decision' had been taken when asked if the player could leave on loan.

Zwane's teammate, Donay Jansen is back at Amakhosi, where he is currently training with the reserves after an unsuccessful loan spell at SuperSport United and the 22-year-old winger is expected to leave the club again.

Meanwhile, Wandile Duba's game time is likely to be reduced following the arrival of fellow strikers Godspower Ighodaro and Khanyisa Mayo, with the 21-year-old also competing with Flavio Silva, Ashley du Preez and Tashreeq Morris for a place Nabi's starting line-up.

Lastly, Mfundo Vilakazi is presently not a regular, but the 19-year-old attacking midfielder has been mainly used as an impact player coming from the bench, and he is unlikely to be loaned out as he has done well in this role.
