    WHAT HAPPENED?

Mamelodi Sundowns' on-loan midfielder to Sekhukhune has allegedly breached Babina Noko's code of conduct.

SABC Sport reports that the 27-year-old arrived in camp "in a poor condition," something that did not please coach Eric Tinkler.

Mbule has been frozen out of Sekhukhune's last two Premier Soccer League games against Orlando Pirates and Magesi FC.

As a consequence, the midfielder is likely not to feature in Babina Noko's last two league games against Kaizer Chiefs and Golden Arrows.

Sekhukhune were believed to be ready to have Mbule beyond the current season, but he will now be sent to his parent clu,b Sundowns.

    OTHER PLAYERS IN TROUBLE

SABC Sport further reported that former Masandawana defender Katlego Mohamme is said to have reported for camp with Mbule and in the same state as the ex-SuperSport United star.

With his contract running beyond this season, Mohamme is likely to appear before a disciplinary hearing or have his contract terminated.

Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Lindokuhle Mtshali could also face the same fate as Mohamme after he allegedly went AWOL, having struggled for game time this season with just two appearances across all competitions.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

This is not the first time for Mbule to run into trouble at Sekhukhune.

In March this year, he allegedly clashed with former coach Lehlohionolo Seema, but the club retained his services.

If allegations against Mbule, Mohamme and Mtshali are proved to be true, the trio could struggle to find clubs in the future due to tainted images.

    WHAT NEXT?

The trio's alleged misconduct comes at a time when Sekhukhune are at a critical stage of their season as they push for a top-three finish.

Tinkler and his men would have preferred a quiet camp in which they could focus on their remaining games of the season without any distractions.
