"The centre-back, Inacio Miguel, he is a very, very good signing, even though he still needs to adapt, but for me, there’s lots of potential and he’s a leader," he told iDiski Times.
"I watched him against Sundowns [in the league], when the ball is in front, he’s always organizing the team. That shows a leader.
"He takes responsibility, and I think he’s quick, technically gifted, and understands the dynamism of the game. That’s a great player for me," Ertugral stated.
"Obviously, there’s Sirino, who is a player that you can’t miss, and I think he’s a big loss for Sundowns and a great win for Kaizer Chiefs.
"He can make things happen. You have the collectiveness, and when you have the collective you always need certain individual players that make things happen for you.
"I had that with Jabu Pule, Thabo Mooki, Shabalala, and Eyong Enoh in my Ajax time," the 65-year-old concluded.
