    WHAT VILAKAZI SAID

“They definitely gonna be a good addition in our setup, they will have a huge impact but obviously they are aware that they’ve joined a moving train,” he said as reported by iDiski Times.

“It’s like we are starting from a stretch so the competition is at the highest level for them to breakthrough but we believe in them that’s why they are here and we also believe that their experience will help us a lot.

“We have a lot of youngsters that we need to make sure that they gain experience through them so they’ve got a bigger part to play in terms of the setup, not only to play but also to make sure we integrate the youngsters to be in the level where we want them to be.

“We are grateful for their signing, we are grateful to the president for responding in that manner and we looking forward to working with Mthethwa and Zungu.”

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

AmaZulu’s inconsistency has been a challenge, but their victory in the KZN derby against Royal AM could spark positive momentum.

For the new signings, quick adaptation is crucial in helping the side secure much-needed points.

Their presence aims to bolster the team’s competitiveness while aiding in developing younger players.

Success for the Durban side this season will depend heavily on how well Zungu and Mthethwa integrate into the existing structures.
