The Portuguese legend is back on top once again

The 21-year-old attacker made a triumphant return to the Faris Ad-Dahna starting line-up on Sunday, playing a pivotal role in his side’s hard-fought 3-2 victory over their rivals. The South African winger had been out of the first-team picture since late February but proved he remains a vital asset for the Saudi club despite rumours of a move to European football swirling.

The 21-year-old South African attacker has not enjoyed much playing time of late but that does not seem to have affected his valuation, nor foreign clubs appetite for the former Orlando Pirates star's services. His agent has been talking up both factors and also assured worried fans that the player is safe as the Middle East conflict spreads around the region.

Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been left out of Al-Nassr's squad for Monday's Saudi Pro League clash against Al Riyadh. Ahead of the game there had been speculation that Ronaldo would refuse to play in the match after being left frustrated by the way the PIF (Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia) is managing the club, particularly in regards to transfers.
