Travis Scott x Joe Scally! Rap giant pictured in retro Borussia Monchengladbach shirt as USMNT star vows to give him his own jersey

The rapper was snapped walking through New York City sporting the retro Monchengladbach jersey. Scott is currently on his North American tour, Circus Maximus, in support of his 2023 album, Utopia. The musician has long been interested in wearing football shirts, having appeared to have leaked PSG's third kit on his Instagram story earlier this year.

Scally has become a key player in the Bundesliga, following in the footsteps of his USMNT teammate, Gio Reyna, in making the switch to Germany.

GOAL's Instagram post of Scott in the Monchengladbach jersey called for "Someone get this man [Scott] a Joe Scally jersey!"

Scally, clearly excited by the prospect, responded: "For real🔥"

20-year-old Scally became the youngest player in MLS history since Freddy Adu to sign a homegrown player contract. The defender signed for Monchengladbach from NYCFC in 2021 and has become an integral part of the side at Borussia-Park, appearing in every Bundesliga game this season.

Having already scored a last-minutescreamer earlier in the season, the defender will hope to continue to impress in Germany. Monchengladbach and Scally host Wolfsburg on Tuesday evening.
