WHAT TATA MARTINO SAID
He told the Miami Herald: “It’s clear that with the departure of Kamal [Miller] to Portland we need a centre-back, that is a priority for us. Then we have to see which players we may lose. With the arrivals of Luis [Suarez] and Julian [Gressel] we have two very good additions and we haven’t lost many players. Surely there will be more movement before the start of league play.”

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Inter Miami won the Leagues Cup last season in what was their first-ever trophy, largely thanks to the heroics of summer signing Lionel Messi. With the Argentine World Cup winner playing alongside former Barcelona team-mates Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, Suarez, and more, Miami will hope to build on last season's success and some extra additions could help towards achieving that goal.
WHAT NEXT?
The MLS regular season gets underway on February 21 in the 46th edition of the competition. It remains to be seen who Inter will sign before the likes of Messi, Busquets, Alba, Suarez and Co. line up for Martino's side in the 2024 campaign.
