Love Island host Maya Jama speaks out on Ruben Dias romance for first time in response to 'women are scary' post after being spotted with Man City star in Ibiza

Jama has broken her silence with regards to a rumoured relationship with the Manchester City star in response to a troll on social media. The Love Island host replied to a user on X who had reacted to news of her romance with Dias by posting "She don't rest" and that "women who jump from relationship to relationship are scary." Jama hit back by writing simply: "Oh.. but .." and added two laughing emojis.

The Daily Mail claims that Jama and Dias have been secretly dating for several weeks and were spotted spending time together on New Year's Eve in Ibiza. Their paths first crossed at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Manchester at the start of December and a romance has seemingly blossomed since. An injury to Dias meant he was sidelined over the festive period, allowing him the chance to head away over the New Year period and share a picture that appeared to show him cosying up with Jama to watch a Mediterranean sunset.

Dias previously dated Love Island star Arabella Chi for around six months, while Jama confirmed her split from rap star Stormzy in July 2024.

Jama is set to return to screens shortly as host of the latest series of Love Island: All Stars, while Dias is back in training after injury and will be hoping to return to the Manchester City starting XI soon.
