All completed Liverpool transfers so far in 2025-26 - listed

Following their remarkable Premier League title win in Arne Slot's debut season, matching a record 20th title, Liverpool entered the 2025 summer transfer window with significant ambition.

Despite a relatively quiet transfer window last summer, where only one player was added, expectations were high for a more active period last summer. Additionally, the Reds were expected to remain committed to strengthening their squad as they prepared to defend their English crown in the 2025-26 season.

With the summer transfer window done and the January window now open, GOAL brings you all the completed Liverpool transfers for the 2025-26 season, updated as they happen.

The Reds have been active in the market so far, with the Premier League champions battling for a place in the top four after a sub-par start to their title defence.

Liverpool’s first agreement of the January window is said to be with Ifeane Ndukwe, the Austria Vienna central defender who will be joining the club at the end of the campaign.

Arne Slot’s side have also reportedly agreed a deal for Mor Ndiaye, the left-sided centre-back, who starred for Senegal at the recent Under-17 World Cup in Qatar.

A verbal agreement has been reached by the Reds to sign him from Amitie FC in his native Senegal, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Meanwhile, Owen Beck has returned to Liverpool from his loan at Derby. After signing a new Liverpool contract last summer, he joined the Championship side temporarily, but an injury prevented him from making an appearance. His loan has ended, so Beck can undergo rehab at his parent club.

    New signings summer 2025 window

Jeremie Frimpong was Liverpool's first signing of the summer transfer window, joining from Bayer Leverkusen not just as a direct replacement of long-serving right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold at the club but as a possible stand-in for Mohamed Salah when the Egyptian forward is away on international duty.

Goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili's £29 million move to Merseyside was finalised when the transfer window opened, following an agreement reached with Valencia in August 2024, while the Reds completed their second summer signing with the capture of goalkeeper Armin Pecsi from Puskas Akademia.

The signing of Florian Wirtz was then confirmed by Liverpool, as the club agreed a stunning £116m deal with Bayer Leverkusen. Milos Kerkez then completed his £40m transfer from Bournemouth, and the Reds also completed a shock free transfer swoop for backup goalkeeper Freddie Woodman from Preston.

Liverpool later confirmed the signing of Hugo Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt in a huge £79 million ($107m) deal.

They were not done there as they then sealed the blockbuster signing of Alexander Isakfrom Newcastle in a record deal.

    Departures summer 2025 window

In a deal to sign Trent Alexander-Arnold before the Club World Cup, as the Englishman would have otherwise hit free agency last summer, not before June 30, Real Madrid coughed up €10 million (£8m/$11m) to have him in their squad ahead of the revamped tournament.

Liverpool also received a cash boost of £18m from the sale of backup goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher to Brentford, and Nat Phillips completed a permanent transfer to West Brom.

Jarell Quansah completed a transfer to Bayer Leverkusen for a reported transfer fee of £34 million, including add-ons, though the deal included a buy-back clause.

Bayern Munich moved to secure Luis Diaz on a deal worth £65.5 million, bringing an end to the Colombia international's glittering Premier League years, while academy product Tyler Morton signed for Lyon in a £10 million move. Darwin Nunez said farewell to Anfield in August following the completion of a lucrative move to Saudi giants Al Hilal.
