VIDEO: Alisha Lehmann forced to apologise for lack of US knowledge after hilariously flopping in quiz as Juventus Women continue pre-season tour

Juventus Women's trip to the United States was a success, with the Turin giants winning the Women's Cup by beating Palmeiras in the final. However, there are some things for Lehmann to work on after her knowledge - or lack thereof - of the US was exposed in a fun quiz alongside team-mate Viola Calligaris.

Lehmann and Calligaris were asked questions about the US and tasked with drawing the country's animal symbol. The former Aston Villa star's attempt at drawing a bird is hilariously bad, while she guessed that the country was discovered in 1200 B.C - some way off the correct answer of 1492. At the end of the video, she apologises to the US for her lack of knowledge.

Juventus' triumph in the Women's Cup meant they became the first Italian club to win the annual tournament. Launched in 2021, previous winners include Racing Louisville FC, OL Reign, Atletico Madrid and NJ/NY Gotham.

Juventus will return to Europe to continue their pre-season preparations, with a friendly against Bayern Munich on August 20. Lehmann could make her competitive debut in Juve's Serie A opener on September 1 against Sassuolo.
