Chicago Fire coach Gregg Berhalter has revealed the 20-year-old is recovering well from his thigh muscle tear injury and is on course to return to action in 2026 after previously being ruled out until the new year.
The South African winger was on target again as he netted the first goal in the Fire's 2-1 win over Orlando City for his third goal in as many games in what was his first start in Major League Soccer.
